Intro To MSE: Fractography

Fractography is how materials fail. To begin with, fracture occurs when a material is stressed beyond some value that is dependent upon the material, temperature and a few other conditions. To make matters worse, all materials WILL fail at some point due to fatigue, creep, or just general fracture.
