We went for a ride on the Cumbres and Toltec Scenic Railroad. It is a narrow gauge, steam powered train that runs through the mountains at the CO-NM border. We took a moonlight ride (offered maybe once a year?), which takes us to a station in the middle of nowhere for dinner and then back the same evening.
